Tammy Hanson - Tammy is helping to coordinate the Minnesota kick-off dinner in Bemidji, on May 9. Tammy's daughter, Rachel, has Rett Syndrome. Desiree Loeb-Guth - - Desiree is helping to organize the New Orleans celebration dinner in New Orleans, June 1. Desiree's daughter, Lisette, has Canavan Disease. Kurt Zimmermann - Kurt was Clark Eid's paddle partner on Team Double Helix during our prior event, the Great Mississippi River Race for Rett Syndrome, May 2001 Angie Phelps and her children, Jessie, Jacob and David - Angie's family is affected by Adrenoleukodystrophy. Tony Swenson - Tony was in our 2001 Mississippi River Race as part of Team Double Helix, and lives in MN with his wife Diane, and 3 children. Tony "joined" Team Hope road crew for the first couple days of this adventure and is a family friend of Clark Eid and Mary Potter |
